T.R., MS, RDN, CSSD, LD –
Personally, I believe this book has rekindled my passion for heart health, and I thoroughly enjoyed reading through the material. I have already mentioned it to my colleagues in cardiac rehab, and as a cardiac dietitian with a family history of heart disease, I plan to implement some of these recommendations for both my own benefit and the benefit of my patients. This is a wonderful resource.
