This is the perfect book to use as a reference when you want evidence-based information to help guide your nutrition care plan for fertility clients. With all of the “noise” online most women come to me completely overwhelmed and frustrated that there isn’t consistency in nutrition advice for conception and pregnancy. I love how this book is matter of fact, science-based and refreshingly provides clarity for both practitioners and our clients. You won’t regret this course or this book!

What I like most about the “Fertility: Why Microbes, Weight & Nutrition Matter” book is that it’s not only easy to read and understand but it also addresses both female and male fertility, which is not always the case in other literature. The book covers the most important factors related to fertility including medical conditions that can be related to infertility as well as fertility enhancing supplements. And, if anyone wants to do additional fertility research on their own, there is a plethora of good quality, scientific references included at the end. I highly recommend this course to nutrition professionals as it is a great tool to obtain new knowledge and upskill in the field of nutrition and dietetics.
