This was one of my favorite books on the topic of inflammation.
Dr. Dana Elia, DCN, MS, RDN, LDN, FAND, Willow St, PA –
A great book and in my opinion a must-read for all nutrition professionals as well as physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. Anyone who works with clients who are struggling with inflammation should read this book as this helps clinicians and lay-persons understand in simple terms the underlying causes of inflammation and how it becomes a root cause of so many chronic issues.
