Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order's status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
 
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. **Please contact us at info@skellyskills.com or at 1.888.Skelly1 if you'd like to edit your order once you've placed it. We will do everything we can to make sure your order is changed, as long as it hasn't shipped yet!
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance at info@skellyskills.com.
An item is missing from my shipment.

My course is missing a CPEU/CEU reporting form.
  Please note: many of the CE courses we publish in house have the CPEU/CEU Evaluation/Reporting Form information in the back of the book. Please check the back of the book first to ensure it is not located there. If it's not, please contact info@skellyskills.com for assistance.
When will my backorder arrive?
  At Skelly Skills, we strive to keep our CE courses in stock whenever possible. To the extent we are unable to ship you your order within our shipping window, we will alert you via email as soon as possible, along with our estimated shipping date.
