How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
 
Standard shipping is $5.99 regardless of how much you order!* You will receive your order within 5 business days.
If you'd like expedited shipping, we offer FedEx Standard Overnight and FedEx 2-day. These orders must be placed by NOON (12 PM) that day, in order for the order to ship via expedited methods. Simply select the Shipping Method desired at the checkout page, and you'll be given the prices for these expedited options. You will be able to review your shipping costs before placing your final order.
(*Please note: Orders over $750 or shipping to Canada generally require assessment of add'l shipping charges. We wish this weren't the case but it gets expensive! We will notify you asap of the additional shipping charges, which should be nominal.)
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  We want you to be happy! Skelly Skills offers a full money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your order, provided you have not received CPEU/CEUs for it. Please contact info@skellyskills.com  for more information on returning an item. Thank you.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at info@skellyskills.com as soon as possible.

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive an order confirmation email once you've completed placing your order, and a shipment confirmation email when your order has shipped.

Please note: if you ordered expedited shipping (FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Overnight), you must place your order before 1 PM ET for same-day shipping. Otherwise. it will ship the following business day.
