Learning Objectives:

At the completion of this webinar the learner will be able to:

  • State a primary reason Motivational Interviewing (MI) is used to teach Mindful Eating.
  • Identify the step in the Client-Centered Non-Diet Counseling Model (CNCM) to use MI to unpack diet culture.
  • Identify two ways MI and Mindful Eating are compatible.
  • Use the activity Getting to Know Your Food Phantoms (Part 1) with an appropriate client.
